Shipping Methods

As a general rule, and subject to change without prior notice, shipping costs vary depending on the country.

In Spain and Portugal, the shipping costs are:

• Standard orders (48h/72h): Free.
• Express orders (24h): €3.95 (VAT included).
• Orders over €120: Free.
• For the rest of Europe: Free shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are subject to product availability and stock levels.

The usual delivery times, from the moment the order leaves our distribution center, are:

• 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for mainland Spain.
• 3 business days for Portugal.
• 3 business days for the Balearic Islands.

Celavista makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, delays may occur due to shipping company issues, lost packages, misplaced goods, or other unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that could affect delivery.
