Celavista Mito-Biogenesis, SL., with C.I.F. B95301446 (hereinafter, Celavista), makes the website shop.celavista.com available to you under the following Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing or using shop.celavista.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all the terms and conditions contained or referenced herein, as well as any additional terms that may appear on shop.celavista.com. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using shop.celavista.com.

2. Modification of the Terms

Celavista may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The modified Terms of Use will apply once they have been published. You will be deemed to have accepted such modifications if you continue to access or use shop.celavista.com after their publication. It is advisable to regularly review all applicable terms and conditions to stay informed about any updates.

Celavista reserves the right to interrupt or make changes or updates to shop.celavista.com or its content at any time and without prior notice. Likewise, Celavista reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or terminate any person’s access to shop.celavista.com or any part of it without prior notice and for any reason, at its sole discretion and with immediate effect.

Celavista cannot guarantee that:

5. Registration

To purchase products through shop.celavista.com, you must register as a customer. Registration is free.

Registering automatically occurs when placing an order, and you must accept it to complete the purchase. You will need to provide an email address and a password as login credentials, along with other personal information necessary for the proper functioning of the services Celavista provides through shop.celavista.com.

You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date and to maintain the confidentiality of your login details, especially your password. You also accept responsibility for any activities carried out through your account, username, and password, whether due to your conduct, omission, or negligence. If you become aware of any suspicious or prohibited activity related to your account, you agree to contact us immediately using any of the available contact methods indicated on shop.celavista.com.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, but not shipping costs, which depend on the order amount, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Any third-party fees for payment via credit card or other methods are the responsibility of the User and will be added to the total order amount. All costs will be clearly indicated before confirming the order.

Celavista reserves the right to modify prices and/or shipping costs at any time and without prior notice. These modifications will take effect upon publication and will apply to all orders placed after the update.

7. Availability

Orders will be shipped subject to stock availability.

Celavista makes every effort to keep stock levels up to date. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If a product is unavailable, you have the right to cancel the order in full or partially, and the corresponding amount will be refunded. If you choose to proceed with the purchase, the order will be shipped once all requested products are available, even if this means exceeding standard delivery times.

8. Shipping Methods

As a general rule, and subject to change without prior notice, shipping costs vary by country.

In Spain, shipping is:

  • Free for standard orders (48h/72h).
  • €3.95 (VAT included) for express orders (24h).
  • Free for orders over €100.00.

For the rest of Europe, shipping is free.

If you need an invoice, please provide your tax details, including CIF, in the order comments section, and we will send the document to the email address listed in your account.

9. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on product availability and stock levels. The estimated delivery times, from when the order leaves our distribution center, are:

  • 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for mainland Spain.
  • 3 business days for Portugal.
  • 3 business days for the Balearic Islands.

For other destinations, please contact us, and we will provide more details.

Celavista makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, delays may occur due to courier company issues, lost packages, misplaced goods, or other unforeseen or force majeure circumstances affecting delivery.

10. Payment Methods

Celavista offers several payment methods. It is the User’s choice to select the most convenient one to complete their purchase.

Payment is charged at the time of purchase, provided prior authorization is obtained from the customer’s bank. If payment is not authorized, the order cannot be processed.

11. Right of Withdrawal

The User has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to return a product if dissatisfied. To do so, they must contact Celavista by email at pedidos@celavista.com, stating the reason for withdrawal and including their name, postal address, order number, and date.

Products must be returned to Celavista’s address, preferably in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and complete. For health and hygiene reasons (Ref. BOE-A-2014-3329), as these are food supplements and cosmetics, products cannot be used before returning them. Opened, incomplete, damaged, or broken items will not be accepted.

Once we receive and verify the returned products’ condition, Celavista will process the refund via the original payment method. The refund amount only covers the product price and will be issued within 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, provided the products have been returned and found to be in good condition.

12. Returns Due to Transport Damage, Product Defects, or Shipping Errors

If your package shows signs of damage upon arrival, note it on the delivery slip before signing for the order. Check the package upon receipt to ensure there are no issues with the product.

If you notice damage, missing items, or incorrect products, contact us immediately at pedidos@celavista.com. We will review security recordings from our warehouse and, if the issue is confirmed, we will replace or complete the order at no extra cost.

Returns with postage due will not be accepted, unless expressly authorized by Celavista.
