Celavista Mito-Biogenesis, SL., with CIF B95301446 (hereinafter, Celavista) makes available to you the website shop.celavista.com with the following Conditions of Use.
1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
By accessing or using shop.celavista.com you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained or referenced herein, as well as any additional terms and conditions posted on shop.celavista.com. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using shop.celavista.com.

Celavista may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The modified Terms of Use will apply once they have been posted. Your continued access to or use of shop.celavista.com after such modifications have been posted will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such modifications. Celavista reserves the right to discontinue or make changes or updates to shop.celavista.com or its content at any time without notice. Celavista also reserves the right to restrict, refuse or terminate anyone's access to shop.celavista.com or any portion thereof without notice for any reason at its sole discretion and effective immediately.

Celavista cannot guarantee that:

5. Registration
To purchase products through shop.celavista.com you must register as a customer. This registration is free of charge.
Registration by placing an order is automatic and you must accept it to complete the order. You must provide an email address and a password as access data, in addition to other personal information necessary for the correct operation of the services that Celavista provides through shop.celavista.com.
You agree to keep your registration correct and up to date and to maintain the confidentiality of your access data and especially your password. You also agree to assume responsibility for any activities that occur through your account, username and password, which are due to your conduct, omission or negligence. If you become aware of any suspicious or prohibited conduct in relation to your account, you agree to contact us immediately by any of the means available and indicated on shop.celavista.com.
6. Prices
All sales prices are shown in Euros and VAT is included, but not shipping costs, which will depend on the amount of the order, the destination of the purchase and the shipping method selected. Third party fees to be paid by credit card or other means are the responsibility of the User and will be added to the total amount of the order. All costs will be clearly indicated to you before confirming the order.
Celavista reserves the right to modify prices and/or shipping costs at any time and without prior notice. Such modifications will be valid from the moment of their publication and will apply to all orders with a date/time after the date of publication.
7. Availability
Orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock .
Celavista makes a great effort to keep its stock up to date, so if a product is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible.
Given this eventuality, if the sale of a product is not possible, you will have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part, and the corresponding amount will be refunded. If you decide to continue with the purchase, the order will be delivered when there is sufficient stock for all the products ordered, even if this means not meeting the usual delivery times.
8. Shipping method
As a general rule, and subject to change without notice, shipping costs vary depending on the country.
In Spain, shipping costs are free for standard orders (48h / 72h) and €3.95 (VAT included) for express orders (24h). For orders over €100.00, this cost will be free for the customer.
In Europe the shipping cost is free.
If you need an INVOICE for your order, please indicate your tax information, including the CIF, in the comments section of your order, and we will send the document to the email address indicated in your registration form.
9. Delivery Times
Delivery times are subject to product availability and stock . The usual delivery times from when the order leaves our distribution centre are between 1 and 3 business days * for mainland Spain, 3 business days for Portugal and 3 business days * for the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, please contact us and we will inform you.

Celavista makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned, however, delays may occur due to the transport company due to loss of packages, misplacement of merchandise or other unforeseeable or insurmountable causes of force majeure that delay delivery.
10. Payment methods
Celavista offers you several payment methods. It is up to the User to choose the one that best suits him/her to pay for his/her order.
Payment will be charged at the time of purchase, provided that prior authorization has been obtained from your bank or savings bank. If payment has not been authorized, your order cannot be processed.
11. Right of withdrawal
The User has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to return a product with which he is not satisfied. To do so, he must contact Celavista by sending an email to pedidos@celavista.com with the reasons for his withdrawal, including his name and postal address, order number and date of the order.
You must send the products to the Celavista address, if possible and for greater security, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and complete. For reasons of health and hygiene protection (Ref. BOE-A-2014-3329) as they are food supplements and cosmetics, the products may NOT be used when they are returned. Items that have been sent open, incomplete, damaged or spoiled by the Customer will not be accepted.
It is very important that you return the products perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, the return cannot be accepted.
Once we receive the returned products and verify their good condition, Celavista will accept the return and will refund the amount of the products using the same payment method used by the customer in the purchase. The amount paid for the product will be refunded. The maximum period for receiving the refund is 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed, in the manner indicated above, of the intention to withdraw from the purchase and provided that the merchandise has been returned to us and that its condition has not been verified.
12. Returns due to defects in transport, product defects or shipping errors.
The packaging of your order is designed to prevent breakage and the courier companies we work with are very aware of the fragility of the product, but if any breakage occurs despite this, in order to comply with current regulations, it is very important that when you receive your purchase, you check that the packaging does not show any deterioration, dents or apparent damage.
If you have it, please state it on the delivery note that you must sign when you receive the order. It is important that you check the order as soon as you receive it to verify that the contents are in good condition and that there have been no incidents.
If you notice any problem with the product or have noticed any anomaly in the content of a product once it has been unsealed, contact us through the options on the Contact page, report the problem you have with your product and Celavista will contact you as soon as possible, offering you the best possible alternative or solution to your problem.
If there is an error in the shipment, please proceed in the same way. We will review the recordings made at the shipping warehouse to ensure that such an incident has occurred. If so, we will replace or complete the order free of charge.
In no case will shipments made with freight due be accepted, except in cases expressly authorized by Celavista.
Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, Celavista will accept the return of the products and will refund the amount through the same payment method used by the customer in their purchase, or, where appropriate, send the new product.
