- Gamoleic acid-GLA omega 6 (300mg):Also present in NPD1-1200, it is a natural anti-inflammatory that, unlike curcumin and NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen), does not block enzymes essential for cardiovascular function. Instead, it acts as a precursor of prostaglandins that balance and resolve inflammation from the first moment in the affected tissues. It is the most important and active fatty acid, with essential xenolytic activity in regenerative medicine processes, as well as in the prevention and delay of tissue aging. It does not present a significant inhibition of COX (as occurs with NSAIDs). Its anti-inflammatory action is particularly effective in muscles, joints and mucous membranes, offering rapid, long-lasting and cumulative effects (through prostaglandin-resolvin E1).
